Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Selora delivers across Egypt. Shipping availability, delivery times, and fees may vary depending on your location.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within [3–7 business days] after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary during holidays, seasonal campaigns, or high-demand periods.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and will be displayed during checkout or confirmed with you before shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking update or be contacted by our customer service team with the delivery details.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can request an address change before your order is shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the courier, we may not be able to modify the delivery information.

What happens if I miss the delivery?

The courier will usually contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. Additional delivery fees may apply if the order is returned and shipped again.

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be available.

Is my payment information secure?

Online payments are processed through secure payment service providers. Selora does not store your full card information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

Please contact us within [24–48 hours] of receiving your order and send clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or return process.

What is considered a manufacturing defect?

A manufacturing defect may include damaged stitching, broken hardware, or a functional issue that was present when the product was received. Natural leather variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be returned in pristine, unused condition with all structural packaging intact.
